How We Do It
Sourcing
We use top-quality raw materials—paper, PE, and foil—sourced globally from renowned, ISO-certified suppliers. The paperboard used in the factory is sourced from responsibly managed forests and certified by reputable forestry organizations like the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), ensuring environmental responsibility at every step.
Production
Efficient use of electricity and water making us Government certified 4 years in a row, ipack’s manufacturing facilities are designed to optimize energy usage and minimize carbon emissions which leads to achieving a better and more sustainable future, Advanced automation and robotics (LGVs) to enhance productivity while reducing the impact on the environment (all electric no emissions)
Recycling
All plastic from production is fully recycled making our waste plastic equals ZERO. As proud members of the Circular Packaging Association (CPA), we support its mission to advance sustainable packaging and circular economy practices in the region. Based in Dubai, CPA brings together industry leaders to foster innovation, enhance recycling efforts, and collaborate on impactful environmental policies.
